Everyone at Leixlip United would like to congratulate Holly Telford from our u15 girls team who has been selected for the MGL u14 representative squad. This is a fantastic achievement where Holly will be playing alongside some of the most talented girls in her age group.

Holly captained our u15s to promotion last season and has continued to put in excellent performances for the girls this season.

Her coaches and teammates are very proud of Holly's achievement, which involved several weeks of trials alongside candidates from clubs throughout the league. She's a very deserving recipient of this call up!

Holly has been playing at Leixlip since she was 8 years old and has gone from strength to strength in that time, playing in central defence using her exceptional pace to sweep up danger.

Coming in the same month as Leixlip United received 20x20 accreditation, Holly's progress is another example of the clubs commitment to girls football.
