Session aimed at coaches working with 11a-side and 9 a-side, focusing on structuring training sessions & matchday preparation.

30 mins classroom + practical pitch session, delivered by Eoghan O'Meara (Shooting Stars / former Shamrock Rovers academy coach).
We will do a similar session on Thursday 12th October aimed at coaches of younger age groups 5 aside & 7 aside. All welcome
